Farm Journal Field Days™ Offers Exhibitors New Transparent Standards for Measuring Farm Show Effectiveness

Lenexa, Kan., (August 6, 2020) — Farm Journal announced today it will publicly publish overall verifiable performance data for its upcoming Farm Journal Field DaysTM and proprietary performance data for individual exhibitors.

Measurement will include overall cost per attendee, cost per exhibit lead, cost per acres represented by attendees and cost per head of livestock represented by attendees. Proprietary measurement of the same data will be provided to all exhibitors for attendees to their exhibits. Initial data sets will focus on three days of scheduled programming August 25-27, with continued data provided in the following months to reflect 365-day attendee engagement with the event. In addition, each exhibitor lead will be accompanied by a full data profile with up to 100 points of data, providing exhibitors with maximum information and other tools to activate against and convert leads to sales.

Exhibitors will be able to measure performance against their investment, compare their performance against overall Farm Journal Field Days averages and compare their performance at Farm Journal Field Days versus their performance at other farm shows.

“It’s about quality lead gen and conversion to sales moving forward, and everything is measurable,” said Andy Weber, CEO of Farm Journal.  “How farm shows are conducted and measured has changed forever. We are going to be totally transparent with our ROI for exhibitors and urge other farm shows to be equally transparent, giving exhibitors the right tools to evaluate where to invest their farm show dollars.”
