The Packer’s Global Organic Produce Expo Adds TopGolf Networking to Event Lineup

Lenexa, Kan. (Oct. 3, 2019) — The Packer’s 2020 Global Organic Produce Expo (GOPEX) announced the addition of an innovative and more inclusive experience for all attendees, a TopGolf event that will allow everyone who wants to network with industry peers the opportunity to meet and connect with others at TopGolf Miami Gardens.

The TopGolf experience will target a productive retailer to grower/shipper mix by placing a buyer in every golfing bay. This setting promotes a comfortable and more inclusive environment to relax, mingle and network with industry partners. Attendees who prefer not to golf can network throughout the deck or mingle in the adjacent viewing lounge.

“GOPEX is a show built for everyone,” said Jessie Gunn, Vice President of Marketing and Events. “I love that you can attend and socialize without ever picking up a club, bring the spouse or kids, or you can go for the highest score and compete with anyone on the deck. The best part is you write your own experience and still get to interact with counterparts that matter to your business.”

The TopGolf event will take place on the first day of the expo, Jan. 9, 2020. To register for TopGolf, please contact Gage Rohwer at grohwer@thepacker.com or (913) 438-0714.
