Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions

Farm Journal Enterprise Solutions is our go-to-market and brand management strategy to integrate all Farm Journal platforms to create and capture larger and more enduring relationships with select enterprise client partners. 

As our Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, you will act as a strategic partner to the Chief Customer Officer and will be responsible for the revenue-growth activities across the entire organization. You will have direct responsibility for the Enterprise Solutions Sales Team, new customer acquisition, partnerships, and pricing and revenue maximization. You will work closely with all functions of Farm Journal.

Our enterprise solutions include strategic advisory and development, data solutions, market research & insights, content studios, content hub and next generation marketing campaigns. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
These duties include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Develop Revenue Growth Strategies with the leadership team and key stakeholders; build out short-term and long-term revenue growth strategies, including revenue forecasting.
  • Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement success; adjust revenue pipeline and leads as necessary to create sustainable growth.
  • Lead, develop and motivate a growing team of Enterprise Solutions sales professionals with a strong passion for success.
  • Drive change by creating new and different strategies for disrupting the agriculture business.
  • Aggressively expand the number of enterprise customers and depth of business with select enterprise customers
  • Propel Sales Leadership to develop and implement robust revenue driving strategies that create long-term customer and business value.
  • Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions with these metrics.
  • Create a standardized outreach for current and future clients and coordinate its implementation across sales channels, client management, and marketing.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop product packaging and pricing
  • Grow Enterprise Solutions revenue by double-digits
  • Grow Data Solutions revenue by double digits
  • Grow Market Research revenue by double digits
  • Grow Activation revenue grows by double digits
  • Manage and report key performance metrics for teams

Skills/Professional Experience
These qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Candidate must have 5+ years successful sales management experience and 10+ years successful enterprise-level sales experience preferably in the agriculture.      
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving growth
  • Competitive, performance driven and results oriented [proven/demonstrated]
  • Previous experience identifying and leading key employees
  • Demonstrated ability to create strong relationships and communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of activity to produce results in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude
