Farm Journal Media is in search of a Sales Assistant Project Manager to support the Director of Business Development and Enterprise Account Directors. The ideal candidate is fast, accurate, intelligent and takes personal ownership of work products, manages multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously, and operates with limited oversight. The ideal candidate must possess excellent computer skills (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint), some accounting and financial analysis experience, and a natural eye for detail, organization, and presentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Sales Assistant Project Manager will work closely with senior level sellers to handle all aspects of organizing and enhancing the efforts of our sales organization. Responsibilities include customer service, assisting in proposal creation, handling multiple projects at one time, and coordinating inter-departmental communication activities along with external client contact.
