The Digital Ad Operations Order Entry Specialist will join a team responsible for Farm Journal digital campaigns from conception to completion. Operational tasks include order entry, liaison to sales and finance teams.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has a quick-thinking analytical mind. The candidate must be able to handle a high volume of orders, manage a sizable amount of inbound communication with speed and precision, and demonstrate a proven track record of satisfying the customer.

In addition, the Digital Ad Operations Order Entry Specialist will contribute to overall Farm Journal digital thought leadership and an industry leading digital operations team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
These duties include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Work collaboratively to ensure all digital campaign orders are entered accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Responsible for processing and entering all sales orders accordingly.
3. Confident in communications regarding orders, identify discrepancies and work collectively to resolve issues.
4. Comfortable to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Ability to prioritize and perform tasks with limited supervision

• Prior work with order entry systems; Naviga is a bonus.
