Free Regenerative Ag Webinar To Kick off Sustainable Ag Summit Week

Lenexa, Kan., (October 27, 2021) — A free webinar hosted by Corteva Agriscience will unpack and explore the potential of regenerative farming to strengthen agriculture’s relationship with consumers. The event is set for 10 to 11 a.m. CST on Wednesday, Nov. 17, and will include an interactive panel featuring producers and executives across the agri-food value chain. The discussion will set the stage for industry professionals attending the 2021 Sustainable Ag Summit, which kicks off that afternoon and continues the following day.

Featured speakers include Anjali Marok, global responsibility leader at Corteva Agriscience; Brad Clark, a producer from Wisconsin and winner of the Climate Positive Leaders Program and other leaders representing ranching and international food processing, consumer packaged goods and restaurant companies. The panel will be facilitated by Amy Skoczlas Cole, executive vice president of Farm Journal’s Trust In Food™ initiative. The webinar will be produced through a collaboration of Corteva and America’s Conservation Ag Movement, of which it is a founding partner.

The dialogue also will tackle challenging topics, such as scaling regenerative data and innovation and helping farmers and ranchers access the resources they need to make the transition.

“We believe regenerative agriculture has the potential to exceed consumer expectations while also providing producers with opportunities to build long-term profitability and resilience into their operations,” said Cole. “This webinar will begin to explore the path to achieving those ambitious goals, centered on the needs and lived experiences of farmers and ranchers who steward soil, water and habitat.”

Social media influencers and Trust In Food will provide ongoing regenerative agriculture insights and coverage before, during and after the event extending into 2022. The audience can ask questions and engage in the discussion via the live virtual event platform.
