Farm Journal’s Top Producer Summit Adapts to Connect Farmers, Ranchers and Agribusiness

Lenexa, Kan., (Nov. 4, 2020) – The 24th Annual Top Producer Summit, agriculture’s premier educational and networking event for farmers and ranchers, has been reimagined to offer both online and in-person programming. A limited in-person VIP event is set for Feb.15-17, 2021, at the Grand Hyatt in Nashville, Tenn., followed by an online program Feb. 23-25, 2021. Both formats will focus on gathering the nation’s most productive and growth-oriented producers to discover business opportunities, gain valuable insights and trade ideas to take their operations to the next level.

The event’s new format is being driven by an advisory board of 12 of the nation’s most progressive and innovative producers. This elite group of farmers and ranchers will be directly involved in the networking opportunities available both in-person and online.

“The reinvention of this year’s Top Producer Summit proves again how Farm Journal’s ability to adapt with solutions for our nation’s premier farmers and ranchers goes unmatched in the ag industry,” said Andy Weber, CEO of Farm Journal. “Offering both in-person and online options ensure every farmer can participate while strictly adhering to COVID protocols. We will continue to find ways for our audiences to participate in the valuable and educational networking events they want and need to improve their operations.”

The limited in-person session will feature industry-leading speakers on finance, innovative management practices, human resources, technology and succession planning. This select group of farmers, ranchers and exhibitors gathering in Nashville will also be on hand for presentation of the Top Producer of the Year Award, Executive Women in Agriculture Trailblazer Award and Tomorrow’s Top Producer Horizon Award. For the first time ever, the awards ceremony will be streamed live on AgWeb Feb. 15.

The online event will launch Tuesday, Feb. 23, with the same engaging content and networking opportunities. It will be accessible from any computer or mobile device and will include access to live speakers, on-demand sessions and networking rooms.
