Farm Journal Launches Online Learning for Hemp Growers

Lenexa, Kan., (May 21, 2020) — As the U.S. hemp industry grows and advances, Farm Journal continues to serve hemp farmers and industry stakeholders by providing information and resources to make their operations more profitable. A new resource available to this audience is a first-of-its-kind online learning module titled “Growing Hemp From A to Z: The Nuts-and-Bolts Agronomy of How to Plant and Harvest Hemp for Grain or Fiber,” which comes with a bonus Hemp Production e-book designed specifically for hemp growers.

“Farm Journal has been at the forefront of providing reliable news and information to growers as they work to establish hemp as a commodity crop,” said Charlene Finck, President of Farm Journal. “Education has always been our top priority, beginning with robust editorial coverage and our Hemp College events. We are excited to add online learning to these efforts.”

Farm Journal collaborated with top industry experts on the online learning module, which was developed by Bryan Parr, and the bonus e-book that features hemp industry leaders Dion Oakes, Bob Pearce and Charles Wellso. Topics include how to get started in the business, the five myths of hemp growth, financial tips to navigate the hemp gold rush and more. The online module and e-book are endorsed by the U.S. Hemp Growers Association and can be purchased for $19.99 at https://fjwebinars.com/account/register/farm-journal/81.
