Farm Journal Launches First-Ever DAIRY WEEK

Lenexa, Kan., (June 22, 2020) — Just because the dairy industry can’t be together doesn’t mean it can’t be united, which is why Farm Journal will focus its multi-channel media portfolio Sept. 28 – Oct. 3 on DAIRY WEEK 2020, a full week of dairy-related content and resources designed to engage dairy producers through Farm Journal’s extensive print, digital and broadcast platforms.

“In this time when it isn’t feasible for industry groups to gather together, Farm Journal is working to provide solutions to deliver relevant content and resources through virtual and multi-media experiences,” says Charlene Finck, president of Farm Journal. “Stakeholders throughout the dairy industry will embrace DAIRY WEEK 2020 as a solution for producers to gain the industry insights and product information they need to improve the health, welfare and productivity of their animals while improving the profitability of their operations. At the same time, if offers a direct way for marketers to connect with these important audiences.”

A week-long event covering all aspects of the dairy industry, DAIRY WEEK 2020 will feature an omnichannel approach with dairy-specific content pushed out through broadcast, e-newsletters, websites, social media, the October issue of Dairy Herd Management and other high-reach channels. Sponsorship packages have been developed at various budget levels that offer the ability to surround these audiences with messages via print, TV, radio, custom video production, a virtual trade show, social media and more.

“DAIRY WEEK 2020 offers marketers the opportunity to connect with dairy producers through dairy-focused media offerings across our entire portfolio,” said Cliff Becker, Farm Journal senior vice president, Livestock. “Whether it is our broadcast, digital or virtual tradeshow options, sponsors can engage with our audiences and quantify the awareness, data and leads associated with their activities.”
