Eric Peterson Named CEO of Machinery Pete

Lenexa, Kan., (Nov. 14, 2022) Farm Journal announces Eric Peterson has been named Chief Executive Officer of Machinery Pete, agriculture’s premier used equipment destination.

“We are excited to have Peterson’s industry knowledge and experience to continue building the Machinery Pete brand,” said Ned Bardic, Chairman of the Board for Machinery Pete. “His extensive agricultural machinery background and business development skills will help Machinery Pete strengthen channel partnerships, develop strategic alliances and expand new products.”

Peterson has more than 25 years of senior management experience, as well as 15 years of strategic development and plan execution for multi-store equipment dealerships. He most recently was large ag sales manager for Midwest Machinery Co. and previously served in agriculture equipment sales roles at multiple levels in the north-central United States. He started his career in his family’s farm equipment business conducting appraisals and dealing in used equipment.

“I look forward to the opportunity to continue building the Machinery Pete brand and helping growers, equipment dealers, auction companies and equipment manufacturers be successful in their business,” Peterson said.
